About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as the main day‑to‑day contact for customer administrators, providing operational and technical support
- Manage and deliver customer change requests, including configuration updates and portal changes
- Troubleshoot platform issues by investigating system setups, configurations, and data
- Support customers with queries related to platform functionality, processes, and best practice usage
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently and communicate progress clearly to customers
- Contribute to maintaining strong customer satisfaction through clear communication and reliable follow‑up
- Manage multiple support requests effectively in a fast‑paced SaaS environment
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1+ years of experience in a customer support or operational support role
- German language proficiency
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical topics clearly to customers
- Proven troubleshooting skills, including experience navigating systems and checking configurations
- A customer‑oriented mindset with a focus on problem solving and service quality
- Well organised, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple requests
- Comfortable working as part of a collaborative team while taking ownership of day‑to‑day responsibilities
- Bonus points for: Experience in HR Tech, SaaS, or a technology‑driven environment
