About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Act as the primary day-to-day contact for customer administrators, providing operational and technical support
  • Manage and deliver customer change requests, including configuration updates and portal changes
  • Troubleshoot platform issues by investigating system setups, configurations, and data
  • Support customers with queries related to platform functionality, processes, and best-practice usage
  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently and communicate progress clearly to customers
  • Contribute to maintaining strong customer satisfaction through clear communication and reliable follow-up
  • Manage multiple support requests effectively in a fast-paced SaaS environment

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 1+ years of experience in a customer support or operational support role
  • German language proficiency
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical topics clearly to customers
  • Proven troubleshooting skills, including experience navigating systems and reviewing configurations
  • A customer-oriented mindset with a focus on problem solving and service quality
  • Well organized, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple requests
  • Comfortable working as part of a collaborative team while taking ownership of day-to-day responsibilities
  • Bonus points for:
  • Experience in HR Tech, SaaS, or a technology-driven environment
