About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Supporting advisers with client reviews through the effective use of financial planning technology and systems.
- Conducting detailed research and analysis of financial products, investment solutions and planning strategies.
- Performing technical calculations, including Capital Gains Tax (CGT), Inheritance Tax (IHT) and pension contribution analysis.
- Gathering, reviewing and maintaining accurate client documentation within our CRM systems to support recommendations and advice.
- Preparing clear, compliant and comprehensive suitability reports in a timely manner.
- Keeping up to date with industry regulations, products and market developments to support best practice advice.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous experience working as a Paraplanner within a financial planning or wealth management environment.
- A strong understanding of financial planning principles, products and regulatory requirements.
- Experience conducting research, analysing financial information and producing suitability reports.
- Confidence completing technical financial calculations and interpreting client data.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering accurate, high-quality work.
- Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
