Key responsibilities & impact

Own and standardise performance metrics, KPIs, data definitions and reporting frameworks across the organisation.
Build, enhance and automate dashboards, scorecards and management reporting for all leadership levels.
Analyse trends, risks and performance drivers, turning data into clear, actionable insight.
Maintain a trusted single source of truth with strong data quality, integrity and governance.
Partner with operational and business teams to understand information needs and deliver effective intelligence solutions.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience in a Business Intelligence, Analytics or Performance Reporting role
Strong experience defining and managing KPIs, metrics and performance frameworks
Demonstrable experience designing dashboards and management reporting using BI or ITSM tools (JSM, ServiceNow in particular)
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends, root causes and improvement opportunities
Experience working with multiple data sources and operational systems to produce integrated insights
Ability to influence and engage stakeholders up to senior leadership level without line management responsibility
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to turn complex data into clear, compelling insight.
Experience working within Technology, Service Management or Operational environments
Understanding of service performance, availability, incident or customer experience metrics
Experience working with tools such as Microsoft 365, ServiceNow, and Atlassian (Jira) in a reporting or analytics context.
