About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own and standardise performance metrics, KPIs, data definitions and reporting frameworks across the organisation.
  • Build, enhance and automate dashboards, scorecards and management reporting for all leadership levels.
  • Analyse trends, risks and performance drivers, turning data into clear, actionable insight.
  • Maintain a trusted single source of truth with strong data quality, integrity and governance.
  • Partner with operational and business teams to understand information needs and deliver effective intelligence solutions.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven experience in a Business Intelligence, Analytics or Performance Reporting role
  • Strong experience defining and managing KPIs, metrics and performance frameworks
  • Demonstrable experience designing dashboards and management reporting using BI or ITSM tools (JSM, ServiceNow in particular)
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends, root causes and improvement opportunities
  • Experience working with multiple data sources and operational systems to produce integrated insights
  • Ability to influence and engage stakeholders up to senior leadership level without line management responsibility
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to turn complex data into clear, compelling insight.
  • Experience working within Technology, Service Management or Operational environments
  • Understanding of service performance, availability, incident or customer experience metrics
  • Experience working with tools such as Microsoft 365, ServiceNow, and Atlassian (Jira) in a reporting or analytics context.
