About the role

  • Supporting the processing of new business, renewals, endorsements and policy documentation across multiple lines of business
  • Acting as a first point of contact for underwriting ‑ related processing queries from brokers and internal teams
  • Building strong working relationships with brokers, underwriters and internal stakeholders
  • Ensuring work is completed accurately, on time and in line with service standards
  • Identifying and resolving processing issues, escalating where appropriate
  • Supporting underwriting teams with data quality, reporting and portfolio administration

Requirements

  • Experience in an underwriting, insurance processing, contact centre or administration role
  • A genuine interest in building a career in underwriting or insurance
  • Strong attention to detail, organisation and time ‑ management skills
  • A customer ‑ focused mindset with confidence communicating with brokers and colleagues
  • A collaborative, proactive approach and willingness to learn
