About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead successful delivery of projects and change initiatives across the Lycetts business change portfolio
  • Work with business stakeholders to shape, plan and implement effective solutions
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets and resource requirements
  • Facilitate meetings, workshops and project governance activities
  • Monitor project progress and manage risks, issues, dependencies and actions
  • Provide clear and timely reporting to stakeholders and senior leaders
  • Support subject matter experts in defining requirements, testing solutions and adopting change
  • Coordinate user acceptance testing, training activities and change adoption plans
  • Foster stakeholder engagement and help teams embrace new ways of working
  • Drive a practical, delivery-focused approach to successful outcomes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven experience delivering business change and project initiatives from inception through to implementation
  • Strong project planning, organisation and prioritisation skills
  • Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the business
  • Proactive, detail-oriented approach
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience supporting change adoption and user engagement
  • Experience developing others throughout the project lifecycle
  • Experience in insurance and/or financial services regulated industries is advantageous
  • Experience delivering digital, customer service or contact centre related projects is advantageous
