About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Perform a combination of project-based and learning center administrative functions
Assist with the creation of training modules
Edit and update existing training modules
Create post training exercises
Troubleshoot course activity in the Learning Center (LMS)
Assist with project implementation of a key learning system
Effectively communicate changes in company policies and procedures via learning guides
Track grades in the Learning Center (LMS)
Assist team members and staff

Requirements

What you’ll need

Enrolled at time of internship as an undergraduate or graduate student at an accredited college or university, preferably Instructional Technology majors
Ability to work up to 20 hours per week
A preferred minimum GPA of 3.2
