Key responsibilities & impact

Overseeing and managing all group housing operations across a portfolio of hotels.
Serving as the central liaison between Sales, Revenue Management, and property teams.
Managing group inventory and ensuring accuracy of room blocks and reservations.
Coordinating with meeting planners and property teams to optimize group room blocks.
Providing professional and timely communication regarding reservations and special requests.
Producing weekly and monthly reports related to group housing performance.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in hotel group housing, reservations, revenue management, or group sales support.
Strong knowledge of hotel group housing processes and room block management.
Experience working with PMS/CRS systems such as Opera, SynXis, Delphi, or similar platforms.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret group pick-up and revenue data.
Exceptional communication and client service skills.
Ability to manage multiple properties and priorities simultaneously.
