About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Overseeing and managing all group housing operations across a portfolio of hotels.
- Serving as the central liaison between Sales, Revenue Management, and property teams.
- Managing group inventory and ensuring accuracy of room blocks and reservations.
- Coordinating with meeting planners and property teams to optimize group room blocks.
- Providing professional and timely communication regarding reservations and special requests.
- Producing weekly and monthly reports related to group housing performance.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in hotel group housing, reservations, revenue management, or group sales support.
- Strong knowledge of hotel group housing processes and room block management.
- Experience working with PMS/CRS systems such as Opera, SynXis, Delphi, or similar platforms.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret group pick-up and revenue data.
- Exceptional communication and client service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple properties and priorities simultaneously.
