Conduct on-site investigations, surveys, analyses and infrared moisture surveys for commercial/industrial roofs; prepare comprehensive evaluation reports
Develop repair, replacement, and maintenance recommendations aligned with client goals and budgets; support national multi-facility roof management programs
Perform detailed roof design investigations, research codes and insurance requirements, develop design options and narrative reports; prepare plans, specifications and bid packages
Assist with contractor prequalification, pre-bid meetings, addenda, bid evaluation and recommendation for award
Coordinate and oversee construction-phase activities: lead pre-construction meetings, weekly progress meetings, review submittals, RFIs, change orders, manage schedules and budgets, process payment applications, final inspections and closeout documentation
Provide peer review and quality assurance of deliverables; contribute to standards, details, and processes
Act as trusted technical advisor to clients and collaborate across internal teams to deliver seamless service
Mentor and train junior consultants; demonstrate leadership and contribute to a culture of integrity and collaboration
Ensure adherence to OSHA and client safety requirements; maintain relevant certifications and training
Requirements
Willing and able to travel nationwide (~50% by air and vehicle)
