About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the monthly close process for multiple regional entities
Independent P&L management
Prepare, review, and present monthly financial reports
Statutory compliance, especially GST reconciliation and TDS return filing
Participate in Global Internal Audit procedures
Prepare audit schedules, PBCs, and support documents
Maintain confidentiality over sensitive information
Be able to integrate AI-driven process improvements

Requirements

What you’ll need

Chartered Accountant Certification, ICAI membership preferred
Solid background in Audit, 3-5 years of experience
Proven track record in a similar role
In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
Strong understanding of IFRS or U.S. GAAP
Self-motivated, highly productive individual with a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence
Excellent attention to detail and respect for confidentiality
