About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide structured reporting and system updates to internal teams
  • Track risks and support issues while ensuring documentation remains current
  • Coordinate proactively across SRM, Operations, and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate data in core systems to support strategic decisions
  • Operating the AI Agents / Tools for the assigned responsibilities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) in a related administrative field such as International Business, Logistics, Business Administration, Communications, or similar.
  • 1+ year of prior experience in operations, coordination, administrative, or support functions, highly desired
  • Proficient English communication skills, verbal and written (C1)
  • Strong ability to track tasks, engage stakeholders, and drive items to closure
  • Proficiency in preparing reports, summaries, and structured documentation
  • Skilled in AI applications and receptive to innovative solutions
  • Demonstrated commitment to maintaining accurate and complete system updates and operational data
  • Clear written and verbal communication with SRM teams and internal stakeholders
  • Proficiency with internal tools, CRM platforms, and shared tracking systems
  • Familiarity with operational metrics, risk tracking, or growth-related reporting. Experience working with cross-functional or global teams.
