About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide structured reporting and system updates to internal teams
- Track risks and support issues while ensuring documentation remains current
- Coordinate proactively across SRM, Operations, and cross-functional stakeholders
- Maintain accurate data in core systems to support strategic decisions
- Operating the AI Agents / Tools for the assigned responsibilities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) in a related administrative field such as International Business, Logistics, Business Administration, Communications, or similar.
- 1+ year of prior experience in operations, coordination, administrative, or support functions, highly desired
- Proficient English communication skills, verbal and written (C1)
- Strong ability to track tasks, engage stakeholders, and drive items to closure
- Proficiency in preparing reports, summaries, and structured documentation
- Skilled in AI applications and receptive to innovative solutions
- Demonstrated commitment to maintaining accurate and complete system updates and operational data
- Clear written and verbal communication with SRM teams and internal stakeholders
- Proficiency with internal tools, CRM platforms, and shared tracking systems
- Familiarity with operational metrics, risk tracking, or growth-related reporting. Experience working with cross-functional or global teams.
