About the role

  • Define and enforce coding standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines
  • Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise applications using modern programming languages and frameworks
  • Provide technical guidance to junior developers, give mentorship, and code reviews
  • Support technical decision-making and ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions
  • Oversee system integration projects and API development initiatives
  • Ensure high-quality, efficient, and well-documented code
  • Optimize database design, queries, and stored procedures for performance and scalability
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within scope
  • Recommend and implement improvements to enhance system performance, security, and maintainability
  • Champion DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native solutions.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of full-stack application development experience in an enterprise environment
  • Proficient English communication skills, verbal and written (C1)
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript
  • Strong expertise in web development technologies (HTML, CSS, modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue)
  • Solid knowledge of database management systems (SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL)
  • Experience with version control systems (Git) and collaborative development workflows
  • Deep understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform)
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
