About the role

  • Assist in providing basic technical guidance and support to customers under supervision
  • Help document customer interactions, technical findings, and follow-up actions
  • Support Leadership and Customer Success team activities to drive customer satisfaction and retention
  • Assist in gathering information for business requirement documents related to customer requests or projects
  • Learn and develop understanding of customers’ systems, operations, and needs
  • Support Unit Leads with administrative tasks related to customer accounts
  • Collaborate with internal teams to help meet customer expectations and assist in delivering solutions
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and shadowing activities to build technical and customer service capabilities
