About the role
- Assist in providing basic technical guidance and support to customers under supervision
- Help document customer interactions, technical findings, and follow-up actions
- Support Leadership and Customer Success team activities to drive customer satisfaction and retention
- Assist in gathering information for business requirement documents related to customer requests or projects
- Learn and develop understanding of customers’ systems, operations, and needs
- Support Unit Leads with administrative tasks related to customer accounts
- Collaborate with internal teams to help meet customer expectations and assist in delivering solutions
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and shadowing activities to build technical and customer service capabilities
Requirements

- PowerPoint skills and experience with Excel preferred
- Adaptability for fast-paced and multitasking environment
- Proficient spoken and written English skills
