Eliminate toil, automate repetitive work, and deliver smart, pragmatic solutions that enable product, engineering, and design teams to focus on delivering customer value
Build and own automations across Airtable, Slack, Jira, and other systems: design alerts, syncs, updates, and rituals using no-code tools and AI assistants
Own Airtable as the product operations platform: manage structure, automation, usability, and data quality for feedback, planning, and reporting
Serve as a service-minded operational partner to engineering leaders, product managers, and designers
Configure and evolve Jira & Confluence planning infrastructure: dashboards, custom fields, automation rules, and integrations
Support and enable the Build Council to align product development practices and keep systems and documentation up to date
Build lightweight dashboards and tracking systems to illuminate bottlenecks, trends, and improvement opportunities
Maintain process design and documentation for product lifecycle stages, team rituals, and enablement resources
Partner with Security and GxP teams to ensure tooling and documentation meet compliance requirements and audit readiness
Support the full Build organization and partner closely with Applications and Platform teams
Requirements
Have 2 to 4 years of experience in product operations, internal tools, or a PMO role supporting software teams
Are fluent in Airtable, including automations, syncs, base design, and interfaces
Can set up Slack workflows, connect Jira to other tools, and automate common internal tasks
Are comfortable writing basic SQL and using Mode or Snowflake for operational dashboards
Love finding and fixing inefficiencies using AI, automation, and thoughtful tooling
Work independently, follow through reliably, and take pride in making internal systems run smoothly
Communicate clearly, document well, and bring a helpful, service-oriented approach to your work
Nice to have: Experience in enterprise SaaS or life sciences
Nice to have: Familiarity with GxP and software compliance requirements
Nice to have: Exposure to managing product feedback systems or supporting go-to-market readiness
Nice to have: Comfort evolving tooling and process infrastructure as company needs grow
