Performance Marketing

• Develop and execute a comprehensive regional marketing strategy to drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth across AMERS and across segments with a focus on Enterprise
• Lead, mentor, and grow a regional marketing team, instilling a high-performance, metrics-driven culture
• Drive execution of multi-channel campaigns across digital, OOH, tradeshows, owned events, webinars, and partner channels to support pipeline goals
• Establish processes to drive and measure a repeatable, scalable and predictable demand generation machine, analyzing campaigns and sharing data-driven insights to stakeholders
• Plan and manage field marketing programs such as events, executive roundtables, and trade shows, ensuring alignment with personas and regional objectives
• Own the marketing relationship with sales leaders, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication to drive shared pipeline and revenue targets
• Oversee and manage the regional field marketing budget, ensuring investments align with business priorities and deliver measurable results and business impact
• Act as a player-coach: be hands-on in executing key initiatives while leading the team
