• Define and lead the product marketing vision across Benchling’s R&D Cloud platform, ensuring it resonates with both scientific and technical audiences.
• Lead a team of product marketers to define and champion overall market positioning and narrative for Benchling.
• Build, scale, and develop direct reports and a broader talent pool within Marketing, fostering high performance and continuous learning.
• Collaborate and drive alignment with the C-suite and senior sales and product leadership.
• Lead cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, pre-Sales, Sales, and post-Sales to create GTM launch strategy and segment/solution objectives.
• Oversee customer requirements and provide input to product management; influence product roadmap decisions at a strategic level.
• Establish an efficient cross-functional working model across internal GTM teams and develop annual/quarterly plans to measure performance.
• Develop and execute strategies to drive significant new market penetration and adoption of new products with measurable impact on top line.
• Conduct and synthesize internal and external research around customer segments, market trends, and use cases.
• Lead creation of messaging and content assets for customers and prospects.
• Provide executive-level updates on product area performance, focusing on net new growth and expansion by segment or solution.
• Act as connector across GTM teams and product, advocating for customers and ensuring market understands Benchling’s strengths.
