About the role
- Strategic prospecting of mid-market and large enterprise clients aligned with the agency’s positioning.
- Manage and expand the agency’s key accounts, ensuring long-term relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
- Lead high-level negotiations from opportunity identification through to closing, ensuring healthy margins and strategic alignment.
- Act as a business consultant to clients, understanding their needs and proposing innovative corporate event solutions.
- Actively participate in the preparation of proposals and commercial presentations, supporting the production team.
- Oversee the entire sales and post-sales cycle, ensuring delivery excellence and high customer satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends and provide insights that support strategic decisions and the agency’s positioning.
- Develop business plans and commercial strategies aligned with area goals and KPIs.
- Work in synergy with executive leadership, contributing to strategic planning and the agency’s sustainable growth.
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B consultative sales, preferably in the corporate events sector.
- Strong negotiation skills and experience managing strategic accounts.
- Analytical and strategic mindset to identify growth opportunities.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and pipeline management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Advanced planning and time-management skills.
- Resilience, adaptability and proactivity in dynamic environments.
- Ability to lead complex negotiations and build strong executive-level relationships.
