About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Client prospecting;
- Responsible for lead qualification;
- Follow-up between clients and relevant internal departments;
- Follow-up on submitted proposals;
- Closing sales;
- Responsible for negotiation;
- Participation in trade shows and events;
- Corporate presentations;
- Sending quotes and proposals;
- After-sales support;
- Responsible for customer retention initiatives;
- Client visits;
- Responsible for the sales funnel;
- Responsible for maintaining and updating the commercial CRM;
- Responsible for initial invoicing following account closing;
- Thorough knowledge of the company's information and operations to share with and provide instructions to clients;
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Commercial Management, or a related field.
- Knowledge and/or experience in international trade.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a commercial/sales role.
- Experience and knowledge of technology organizations is desirable.
- Experience and knowledge of OSGT.
