About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Sets up and facilitates all Scrum team ceremonies.
Tracks progress of activities during daily stand-ups.
Identifies and removes team impediments to maintain high productivity.
Evaluates process improvement opportunities based on personal experience, team input, and sprint retrospective outcomes.
Reports delivery results, quality, deadlines, and costs to the client’s management using metrics and charts.
Ensures the scope defined by the Product Owner is delivered with high quality.
Encourages the professional development of team members.
Maintains a collaborative team culture and mediates conflicts. Reports overall results to Ben Fatto managers.

Requirements

What you’ll need

6+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Project Manager
Experience managing software development teams using Agile methodologies
Experience with large-scale and web-based software
Excellent communication, teamwork, negotiation, persuasion, follow-up, and conflict management skills
Experience preparing reports and presentations for senior management and directors
Experience in data collection and analysis, and producing executive summaries
Experience leading remote teams
Experience applying and monitoring team performance metrics (burndown, velocity, lead time, cycle time)
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and the ability to adapt them to the needs of the team and/or organization
CSM (Certified Scrum Master), PSM I (Professional Scrum Master I) or equivalent
Ability to think at a macro/strategic level
Cultural sensitivity and flexibility to work across countries
Flexible working hours
