• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 4-5 Technical Account Managers - setting clear expectations, running regular 1:1s, and creating development plans that prepare them for increasing enterprise complexity.
• Define the operational infrastructure: playbooks, escalation workflows, coverage models, handoff processes with Customer Success, and enablement materials that allow the team to scale effectively.
• Own a portfolio of complex, strategic accounts - serving as their technical advisor for ongoing optimisation and critical issues.
• Act as the ultimate escalation point for the team's most challenging technical problems, partnering directly with Product, Engineering, and Operations to resolve critical customer issues.
• Be the primary conduit between customers and product development - synthesise technical feedback, identify patterns across accounts, and advocate for features and fixes that matter most to enterprise customers.
• Establish key performance metrics (SLAs, CSAT, NPS, escalation trends) and use them to drive continuous improvement across the function.
• Lead post-mortems and root cause analyses, turning individual customer issues into systemic product and process improvements.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Support, Product, and Engineering leadership to clarify boundaries, streamline processes, and strengthen feedback loops.
• Represent the customer voice in product planning and strategic conversations - your insights should directly influence what gets built and when.
• Model what great TAM work looks like through your own customer engagements.

Lead Technical Account Manager

• Set up infrastructure components using Terraform (via Terragrunt) with maintainability, scalability & reliability in mind
• Tooling and processes to support product squads in increasing the speed, reliability and visibility of their development workflows

Account Manager

• Own a portfolio of our most strategic partners with a clear focus on revenue generation - you're accountable for pipeline development, deal progression, and conversion.
• Drive joint account planning and lead quarterly business reviews - tracking performance, identifying high-value opportunities, and ensuring both sides are aligned on what success looks like.
• Act as the daily point of contact for strategic partner stakeholders, building the trust and momentum that makes these relationships deliver.
• Execute GTM campaigns and joint marketing initiatives that generate qualified pipeline, and coordinate executive engagement to unlock strategic opportunities.
• Enable partners to sell Ben effectively - build playbooks, create collateral, deliver training on value proposition and competitive positioning, and use your benefits expertise to give them credibility with their clients.
• Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure partners have what they need to win and that partnership insights inform our strategy.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the partner channel and translate them into actionable pipeline.
• Build the reporting infrastructure that tracks partner performance (pipeline value, deal velocity, conversion rates, revenue contribution) and demonstrates ROI to leadership.

• Build features that matter: You'll work on the stuff that makes Ben work. Benefits browsing, payments, cashback, integrations with providers, company admin tools. Scope it, build it, ship it. You're involved from "here's the problem" through to "it's live and people are using it."
• Have a real say in what we build: PMs don't have a monopoly on good ideas. You'll help shape what goes on the roadmap, balance what customers are asking for against what the product needs long-term, and push back when something feels off.
• Make technical decisions: How should this feature work under the hood? What's the right way to model this data? How do we make sure this doesn't break when we're 10x bigger? You'll tackle these questions and set the bar for how we build.
• Think about the whole picture: At Ben, we think in systems. Our engineering teams have to think about building systems that are scalable, performant and fault tolerant. From building out and improving our payroll system, to building complex workflows to support HR admins (approvals/rejection + notification campaigns), you will be building and maintaining our underlying infrastructure that supports benefit admin for hundreds of thousands of people. Everything connects. When you build a feature, you'll think about how it affects the whole system. What breaks upstream? What changes downstream? How do different providers handle this?
