About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the technical reference for the Data Intelligence area, supporting the evolution of analytical practices, data governance, and the spread of a data-driven culture.
- Develop strategic analyses and business recommendations that support decision-making for commercial, product, operations teams and executive leadership.
- Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and analytical models, ensuring quality, reliability, and scalability of deliverables.
- Participate in defining, building, and evolving business metrics, ensuring alignment across different company areas.
- Gather requirements from stakeholders, translating business needs into high-impact analytical solutions.
- Support prioritization of requests and identify opportunities to generate value through data use.
- Work on data modeling and validation, ensuring consistency across different sources and environments.
- Promote best practices in documentation, governance, standardization, and knowledge sharing within the team.
- Mentor more junior professionals, contributing to the team’s technical and analytical development.
- Participate in automation, monitoring, and evolution initiatives for the team’s analytical architecture.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Advanced SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Looker, Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
- Knowledge of data modeling and building analytical layers.
- Experience with relational databases and Data Warehouse environments.
- Knowledge of ETL/ELT processes and data integration.
- Familiarity with programming languages for data analysis, preferably Python.
- Knowledge of product, commercial, marketing, or operations metrics is a plus.
- Experience with documentation and knowledge management tools (Confluence, Notion, or similar).
