About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Act as the owner of the area’s demand backlog, managing and prioritizing incoming requests.
Gather and detail requirements together with business stakeholders.
Translate business needs into clear, structured requirements for the data team.
Lead alignment, refinement, and delivery follow-up ceremonies.
Ensure visibility into initiative progress, risks, dependencies, and timelines.
Support the definition of success metrics and monitor the results of implemented initiatives.
Collaborate with business, technology, operations, and leadership to identify opportunities to evolve products and processes.
Contribute to organizing, documenting, and continuously improving the area’s processes.
Support the construction of roadmaps and prioritization aligned with the company’s strategic objectives.
Oversee end-to-end delivery of initiatives, ensuring alignment between expectations and actual outcomes.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience with demand and project management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello, or similar).
Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or Scrumban).
Ability to write functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Knowledge of product metrics and business KPIs.
Familiarity with documentation tools (Confluence, Notion, or similar).
Basic knowledge of data, SQL, or BI tools is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
