About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle autonomously, from job opening to offer, ensuring speed, quality and a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers;
  • Conduct selection processes for technology positions at various seniority levels, calibrating expectations with the relevant teams;
  • Manage AI agents capable of automating routine tasks and generating insights about candidates;
  • Act as a strategic partner to technical leadership, gaining a deep understanding of each role’s requirements and the specifics of the stacks involved;
  • Develop and execute diversified sourcing strategies to attract both active and passive talent in the tech market;
  • Screen and evaluate candidates with a focus on technical, behavioral and cultural fit;
  • Organize and conduct interviews, structuring stages according to the role and seniority level;
  • Maintain data integrity in the ATS and generate metrics and reports to support decision-making;
  • Collaborate with the Hiring team to share best practices and continuously improve selection processes.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields;
  • Strong experience recruiting for tech positions across different stacks (back-end, front-end, mobile, data, infra/cloud, etc.);
  • Proven track record with selection processes for technology profiles at different seniority levels;
  • Ability to calibrate seniority levels with hiring managers and understand the practical criteria that distinguish each level;
  • Analysis and monitoring of recruitment metrics (time to fill, time to hire, conversion funnel, etc.);
  • Proficiency with recruiting platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Gupy;
  • Intermediate to advanced English.
