About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead monitoring of KPIs and service/product performance, translating data into business recommendations for leadership
- Structure and prioritize the team's demand backlog
- Manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners, negotiating scope, timelines and expectations
- Identify bottlenecks and revenue/efficiency opportunities before they become problems
- Present results and strategic insights to executive audiences, including the board
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in product or service management, preferably in the Telecom market
- Strong data analysis skills and KPI design/management
- SQL to extract and cross-reference data without relying on other teams
- Experience with BI tools (Looker, Power BI, Data Studio)
- Experience presenting results to senior leadership with clarity and storytelling
- English for meetings and reading technical materials
- Practical knowledge of agile methodologies in day-to-day work
- Nice-to-have:
- Fluency and ability to communicate in English and/or Spanish
- Experience with digital Telecom products (VAS, billing, subscriptions, acquisition)
