About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop autonomous AI agents that increase checkout conversion and reduce friction in the payment flow, with measurable impact on business metrics;
Develop high-performance React components for the Smart Checkout, ensuring a smooth user experience, optimized load times, and seamless integration with payment APIs and backend services in Go;
Develop and maintain native Android and iOS SDKs for Smart Checkout integration, ensuring idiomatic APIs, optimized performance, and a consistent cross-platform mobile experience;
Develop and maintain features in Golang services;
Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines with Terraform and Bitbucket;
Share and transfer software development knowledge, contributing to the squad's maturity in AI adoption;

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience developing autonomous AI agents — systems that execute complex tasks, integrate external APIs, and handle errors robustly;
Strong proficiency in Go and its paradigms;
Good understanding of goroutines and channels;
Experience with data-driven and event-driven architectures;
Proficient in TDD (Test-Driven Development);
Experience working in an Agile environment;
Familiarity with Git;
Strong experience with AWS;
Familiarity with Terraform and CI/CD;
Experience writing and optimizing queries;
Experience developing native Android/iOS SDKs;
Solid experience with React — reusable components, state management, hooks, and integration with REST/GraphQL APIs;
Experience with microservices.
Differential:
Familiarity with multi-agent architectures and orchestration of AI workflows;
Open-source contributions or public projects.
