About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Monitor and analyze product metrics, indicators, and KPIs, generating insights to support decision-making;
  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog, aligning it with strategic objectives and business needs;
  • Support the definition of and monitor the product roadmap;
  • Serve as a bridge between business and technology teams, ensuring a clear understanding of requirements;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (technology, design, commercial);
  • Actively participate in agile ceremonies and the day-to-day activities of the squad;
  • Detail requirements and write clear, concise user stories;
  • Track deliveries, ensuring alignment with the defined scope;
  • Identify issues and opportunities for continuous improvement in products and processes;
  • Support demand prioritization considering impact vs. effort;
  • Actively manage services, ensuring quality and efficiency of deliveries.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong organizational skills, a sense of priorities, and the ability to manage multiple tasks;
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to work with data and metrics;
  • Ability to solve problems in a structured and pragmatic manner;
  • Good verbal and written communication, with the ability to liaise across different areas;
  • Knowledge of data analysis (Excel/Spreadsheets);
  • Experience or familiarity with SQL;
  • Curiosity and interest in learning about product, technology, and business;
  • Ability to work autonomously, seeking support when needed;
  • Collaborative, hands-on attitude.
  • Differentials:
  • Previous experience with digital products or project management;
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban);
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Looker, Power BI, Data Studio);
  • Experience in technology environments or agile squads;
  • Experience with recurring revenue/subscription products or payments;
  • Familiarity with API integrations or technical contexts.
