About the role
- Perform daily bank reconciliations, ensuring the accuracy of entries and identification of discrepancies.
- Manage daily cash operations, monitoring balances, forecasts, and resource allocation.
- Execute short-term investments and redemptions, prioritizing return and liquidity.
- Monitor and control payments and financial transactions.
- Prepare and update cash flow forecasts (short- and medium-term), anticipating risks and opportunities.
- Retrieve bank statements and maintain treasury spreadsheets and reports.
- Support internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with policies and documentation.
- Handle foreign exchange operations and manage foreign currency exposure.
- Collaborate with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Controllership to ensure integrated and accurate information.
- Propose and implement process improvements and automations in treasury operations.
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
- Previous experience in Treasury (internship level accepted) or other financial roles.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
- Analytical, organized, collaborative, and able to work with a sense of urgency.
- Additional/Preferred qualifications:
- Knowledge of Protheus ERP (TOTVS).
- Experience in technology companies or fast-growing environments.
- Proficiency in English or Spanish for interaction with international operations.
- Knowledge of short-term financial investments and liquidity management.
- Experience with process automation and AI (VBA, Power BI, etc.).
