About the role
- Monitoring KPIs and the performance of services/products;
- Prioritizing requests and tasks;
- Managing relationships with internal and external clients;
- Identifying issues and opportunities;
- Leading service management, ensuring delivery of results and projects.
Requirements
- Organization, proactivity, a sense of urgency, and strong communication will be key in your day-to-day;
- Problem-solving skills are a plus;
- Required: ability to analyze numbers and KPIs, including proficiency in Excel/spreadsheets;
- Required: experience presenting results, data visualizations, and proficiency in PowerPoint;
- Knowledge of agile methodologies is desirable;
- Familiarity with tools such as Data Studio, Looker, and Power BI is desirable;
- Previous experience in the utilities market;
- Ability to speak and express yourself in English and/or Spanish.
