About the role
- Support team members in their career development through 1:1s and IDPs (Individual Development Plans), ensuring planned actions are effective and aligned with the employee's goals and the company's needs;
- Monitor team performance, ensuring knowledge sharing, encouraging autonomy and self-management, and making sure everyone works efficiently and effectively, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Manage conflicts, maintaining a positive climate within the team, with peers, and across interfaces;
- Supervise and mentor the team, ensuring visibility of solution architecture and the technical backlog, and balancing the development of new features with technical debt resolution;
- Oversee incident management and infrastructure costs, and, when needed, participate in developing new functionality with the team, provided it does not become an impediment to delivery;
- Assist in deliveries, client meetings, and cross-team coordination, balancing quality and expected outcomes;
- Facilitate communication with peers on projects involving multiple teams.
Requirements
- Experience coordinating critical teams;
- Knowledge of Java/Kotlin with Spring Boot and Golang;
- Experience with AWS services;
- Knowledge of CI/CD deployment pipelines using Terraform and Bitbucket;
- Proficiency in SQL queries;
- Familiarity with Git;
- Strong knowledge of software testing;
- Experience working in an agile development environment;
- Knowledge of software development best practices such as SOLID, Clean Architecture, Clean Code, code smells, and refactoring;
- Ability to communicate and share software development knowledge;
- Assist in designing new architectures aimed at high-traffic scenarios;
- Experience participating in event-driven projects;
- Experience responding to alerts and incidents (with or without service outages);
- Experience with Big Data and Data Analytics tools.
