About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Work directly with our students to help them with their applications
Prepare students for interviews, MCAT, OSCE, etc.
Review and provide feedback on application documents
Conduct mock interviews and coach students on performance
Support students with strategy-based preparation for MCAT and OSCE

Requirements

What you’ll need

Hold an MD or DO (or are a Resident or Fellow)
Reside in Canada or the United States
Can commit to 5–10+ hours per week
Prefer long-term work over short-term gigs
Are tech-savvy, organized, professional, and detail-oriented
Can work independently with strong integrity and confidentiality
Have a quiet private workspace, ergonomic setup, and 40+ Mbps internet
Bonus: Can accept short-notice or same-day bookings
Do not currently work for another test-prep company
