About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage a portfolio of clients, acting as the primary point of contact between clients, suppliers and internal departments
- Lead implementation processes, contract renewals and the evolution of corporate benefits programs
- Manage commercial negotiations with insurers and suppliers, monitoring contracts, amendments and deadlines
- Develop analyses of claims experience (loss ratio), utilization, costs, budgets and performance indicators, proposing optimization actions
- Prepare management reports, executive presentations and comparative studies to support clients' decision-making
- Conduct follow-up, alignment and results presentation meetings
- Manage requests, schedules and control tools, ensuring deadlines are met and process governance is maintained
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure service quality and client satisfaction
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree (completed)
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in benefits consulting, contract management or corporate client relationship management
- Knowledge of corporate benefits, including Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Life Insurance, Pharmacy benefits, Pension/Retirement plans and Flexible Benefits
- Experience managing client portfolios, implementations, contract renewals and negotiations with suppliers
- Experience in analyzing indicators, claims experience (loss ratio), cost management and preparing management reports
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint
- Advantage: experience in benefits brokerage, consulting firms or health plan operators
- Advantage: knowledge of CRM systems, Power BI and management tools
- Advantage: experience with executive presentations and benefits strategy projects
