About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Map, analyze and review operational processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, simplification and standardization;
  • Act as a partner to other areas, promoting continuous process evolution;
  • Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives aimed at increasing efficiency, quality and operational productivity;
  • Identify operational risks, proposing preventive and corrective actions to mitigate failures;
  • Prepare, review and keep updated process flows, procedures, work instructions and operational documentation;
  • Monitor performance indicators (KPIs), analyze deviations and propose action plans to improve results;
  • Conduct root cause analyses and support the resolution of recurring issues, promoting structured and sustainable solutions;
  • Support automation, digital transformation and process optimization projects, acting as an interface between business and technology teams;
  • Ensure processes comply with governance guidelines, internal policies, legal requirements and agreements established with clients;
  • Perform impact studies for new requests, process changes, implementations and strategic projects;
  • Promote dissemination of best practices, operational standardization and a culture of continuous improvement across teams;
  • Define, review and monitor operational controls and governance mechanisms;
  • Support management in preparing analyses, executive presentations and recommendations for decision-making;
  • Participate in forums, meetings and multidisciplinary projects, representing the COE in the design and evolution of corporate processes.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Human Resources, People Management or related fields;
  • Previous experience in benefits administration (healthcare, dental, life insurance, etc.);
  • Knowledge of enrollment/membership processes (additions, removals and changes);
  • Experience with benefits billing review and reconciliation;
  • Intermediate/advanced Excel skills (filters, VLOOKUP, tables);
  • Basic knowledge of legislation related to benefits and eligibility rules;
  • Experience providing employee support and liaising with vendors/providers.
