About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for the operational administration of corporate benefits, conducting analyses and validating requests, managing purchases, controlling billing and enrollment changes, ensuring an excellent employee experience and adherence to company policies.
- Provide support to employees to clarify questions and offer guidance about available benefits.
- Assist in organizing and executing internal communication campaigns about the benefits offered to employees.
- Support the monitoring and updating of employee data related to benefits used and eligibility.
- Prepare management reports with benefit utilization indicators and propose improvements to existing programs.
- Contribute to the Human Resources team on projects and initiatives related to benefits management and employee well-being.
