About the role
- Conduct market studies to provide clients with a comprehensive view of the market, enabling the most informed consultative analysis.
- Ensure all market studies are carried out and delivered to the client within the supplier-change timeframe, implementing each necessary step through to implementation.
- Assist the department with urgent requests.
- Present studies to clients and serve as technical knowledge support for the relationship team.
- Create network standards and analytical comparisons.
- Contribute to the improvement and automation of placement-area processes.
Requirements
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of the market study process and key aspects, especially healthcare, dental, and life benefits
- Understanding of benefits rules and policies
- Strong communication skills for client presentations
- Good relationships with carriers/insurers in the market
