About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Monitor and track the execution of operational activities related to equipment maintenance.
Develop, update and analyze management reports, dashboards and performance indicators.
Consolidate operational information from different databases.
Monitor KPIs and SLAs, identifying deviations, trends and operational risks.
Perform analyses of productivity, efficiency and operational capacity.
Identify bottlenecks, process failures and continuous improvement opportunities.
Prepare action plans to correct deviations and optimize operational workflows.
Support leadership in decision-making through quantitative and qualitative analyses.
Participate in results review meetings and present performance indicators.
Ensure the reliability and integrity of information used in operational management.
Produce executive presentations containing analyses, results and recommendations.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Process Management or related fields.
Previous experience in process analysis, operational management or performance indicators management.
Advanced Excel skills.
Knowledge of Power BI.
Experience building and maintaining dashboards and management reports.
Experience monitoring KPIs, SLAs and operational indicators.
Analytical ability to interpret data and identify opportunities for improvement.
Experience preparing executive presentations.
Comfortable interacting with multiple areas and hierarchical levels.
