About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Monitor and track the execution of operational activities related to equipment maintenance.
- Develop, update and analyze management reports, dashboards and performance indicators.
- Consolidate operational information from different databases.
- Monitor KPIs and SLAs, identifying deviations, trends and operational risks.
- Perform productivity, efficiency and operational capacity analyses.
- Identify bottlenecks, process failures and continuous improvement opportunities.
- Prepare action plans to correct deviations and optimize operational flows.
- Support leadership in decision-making through quantitative and qualitative analyses.
- Participate in results follow-up meetings and present performance indicators.
- Ensure the reliability and integrity of information used in operational management.
- Produce executive presentations containing analyses, results and recommendations.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Process Management or related fields.
- Previous experience in process analysis, operational management or performance indicator management.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Knowledge of Power BI.
- Experience building and maintaining dashboards and management reports.
- Experience monitoring KPIs, SLAs and operational indicators.
- Analytical capacity to interpret data and identify improvement opportunities.
- Experience preparing executive presentations.
- Ability to interact effectively with different departments and hierarchical levels.
