About the role

  • Issue invoices (individual and consolidated) and bank payment slips (boletos);
  • Provide support in sending the complete billing to the client;
  • Assist in responding to inquiries from internal stakeholders;
  • Provide support for other potential department requests.

Requirements

  • Completed or in-progress degree, preferably in Finance or a related field;
  • Intermediate Excel skills;
  • Knowledge of issuing electronic tax invoices (NFS-e / NF-e);
  • Basic understanding of taxation and tax withholdings;
  • Experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP, Totvs, or similar);
  • Attention to detail and commitment to deadlines.
