Manage accounts receivable, including issuing, tracking and monitoring invoicing, collections and reconciliations;
Control delinquency, performing preventive and corrective collections, monitoring aging lists and related KPIs;
Perform financial reconciliations (bank reconciliations, receivables, payments, invoices);
Ensure correct integration between ERP and CRM systems, validating customer data, contracts, invoicing and receipts;
Analyze and improve financial processes, proposing automation and efficiency gains;
Support the monthly financial close, ensuring deadlines and data quality;
Prepare and maintain management reports, dashboards and area KPIs (DSO, delinquency, collections, revenue);
Collaborate with internal teams such as Sales, Financial Controlling, Tax and IT to align processes;
Support internal and external audits, providing information and evidence when requested;
Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable accounting and tax regulations.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or related fields;
Previous experience as a Financial Analyst with a focus on Accounts Receivable;
Practical knowledge of financial processes, invoicing, collections and reconciliations;
Proficient use of and understanding of ERP systems;
Experience with CRM systems, especially integration with billing/invoicing;
Intermediate to advanced Excel (pivot tables, financial formulas);
Experience with financial KPIs and data analysis.
