About the role

  • Act as a Project Analyst focused on monitoring and controlling operational activities related to the installation and activation of ATMs (automated teller machines).
  • Ensure the achievement of established targets.
  • Develop and monitor performance indicators.
  • Consolidate strategic information.
  • Support delivery management with internal areas and clients.
  • Track, plan, and allocate ATMs to regional inventories.
  • Update and publish the team's performance indicators.
  • Prepare and distribute schedule tracking reports.
  • Maintain relationships with internal and external clients.
  • Monitor planning performed with execution areas.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Previous experience in planning, operational control, logistics, industrial maintenance, or production.
  • Experience with performance indicators, schedules, and management reports.
  • Advanced Excel (analysis, dashboards, pivot charts, formulas, and data consolidation).
  • Intermediate/Advanced Power BI (building reports and metrics).
  • Knowledge of logistical and/or operational processes.
  • Ability to analyze and track deadlines, targets, and deliverables.
  • Ability to lead meetings with cross-functional/internal teams.
