About the role

  • Assist in qualifying existing leads and prospects
  • Conduct active outreach via phone, email, WhatsApp, or other channels as directed by the manager
  • Update internal systems with lead and prospect information, ensuring data quality and reliability
  • Prepare quotes as backup for the Acquisition team and for specific negotiations
  • Ensure daily tasks are completed according to the manager's instructions and priorities

Requirements

  • High school diploma (required)
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred)
  • Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles
  • Intermediate-level Excel
  • Intermediate English (preferred)
