Support Engineer

• User support
• Handle low to medium complexity incidents and requests.
• Provide remote and on-site support for laptops, desktops, and peripherals.
• Install and configure corporate software.
• Basic support for Microsoft 365, Teams, Zoom, and VPN.
• Log tickets and maintain up-to-date documentation.
• Assist with basic network tasks (connectivity testing, cable replacement, Wi‑Fi signal checks, VPN).
• Assist in creating and maintaining AD accounts (password resets, activation/deactivation).
• Support printers, network shares, and mapped drives.
• Perform physical and logical inventory of equipment.
• Coordinate with vendors and oversee local support activities.
