About the role
- Design and implement SAP S/4HANA solutions and system landscapes in close collaboration with customers
- Analyse business processes and develop solution concepts to optimise end-to-end workflows
- Provide strategic consulting for SAP S/4HANA transformation planning and execution
- Develop innovative SAP-based solutions aligned with customer business objectives
- Conduct workshops, training sessions and presentations for customers and prospective clients
- Present solution concepts, architectures and workshop outcomes to senior management
- Actively support pre-sales activities, including solution design and customer engagement
- Contribute to tenders, including effort estimation and cost calculations based on technical and business requirements
- Manage complex SAP and S/4HANA transformation projects, acting as Project Manager where required
- Lead and coordinate stakeholders across business and technical teams
- Continuously develop and improve S/4HANA transformation methodologies, tools and project approaches
Requirements
- Several years’ experience as an SAP Consultant, Project Manager or Solution Architect
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA environments
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex SAP projects
- Experience delivering S/4HANA transformation and strategic consulting engagements
- Solid understanding of SAP business processes and end-to-end process design
- Experience designing and implementing SAP solutions and system landscapes
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA Cloud environments
- Strong process consulting background and ability to translate business needs into SAP solutions
- Strong customer focus with excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to analyse complex challenges and provide clear, structured recommendations
- Hands-on, proactive and solution-oriented mindset
- Strong teamwork and stakeholder management capabilities
