About the role

  • Provide consulting and support services across SAP S/4HANA Finance and classic SAP FI/CO
  • Play a key role in delivering, optimising and transforming financial processes for customers
  • Work independently on projects and collaborate closely with both clients and internal teams
  • Gain exposure to SAP S/4HANA transformations, ECC to S/4HANA migrations and ongoing application support

Requirements

  • Provide consulting and support to customers in SAP S/4HANA Finance and classic SAP FI/CO
  • Independently manage projects focused on the implementation and optimisation of financial processes
  • Analyse business requirements and design, configure and implement SAP Finance solutions
  • Support SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA transformations, including migration of FI/CO data and processes
  • Participate in carve-out projects and system separations
  • Support Application Management Services (AMS) teams by assisting with incident and ticket resolution
  • Customise and configure SAP FI/CO and S/4HANA Finance modules to meet customer requirements
  • Deliver user training, provide ongoing support and conduct workshops (e.g. Fit-Gap workshops)
  • **Professional Experience**
  • Several years’ experience as an SAP FI/CO or SAP S/4HANA Finance Consultant
  • Strong experience in analysing, designing and implementing financial processes in SAP
  • Proven track record of leading and delivering SAP Finance projects
  • Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations and/or preliminary projects
  • **Technical Skills**
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP FI/CO configuration and customising
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance transformation projects
  • Familiarity with data and process migration from SAP ECC to S/4HANA
  • Experience conducting Fit-Gap analyses and business workshops
  • **Consulting & Soft Skills**
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience advising customers, including at management level
  • Strong customer-focused and business-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work independently and manage project teams effectively
  • **Languages**
  • Fluent German
  • Good command of English
