About the role
- Design, develop and configure solutions on the ServiceNow platform
- Work across multiple ServiceNow modules depending on project needs
- Deliver high-quality solutions for customers while maintaining best practices
- Collaborate closely with colleagues and stakeholders in a project-based environment
- Identify opportunities for improvement and innovation within customer solutions
- Contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the team
Requirements
- Proven experience in system development
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience working with ServiceNow
- Experience working as a consultant
- Experience with system integration on platforms such as HP, BMC, IBM, CA or similar
- Strong knowledge of integrations using REST and SOAP APIs
- Certified in one or more ServiceNow modules (with motivation to gain further certifications)
- Fluent in English
- Swedish language skills required
