Key responsibilities & impact
  • B2B operation management
  • Monitor the order flow of the B2B store, tracking statuses and identifying potential operational inconsistencies.
  • Resolve issues related to orders, billing and integrations between systems.
  • Ensure an efficient purchasing journey for reseller customers.
  • CRM management and relationship
  • Plan monthly CRM campaigns focused on activation, retention and repurchase of the customer base.
  • Coordinate campaign execution with the partner agency.
  • Use channels such as email marketing, WhatsApp and notifications to increase engagement and purchase frequency.
  • B2B store management and continuous improvement
  • Ensure continuous maintenance and development of the e-commerce platform.
  • Update content, organize storefronts and implement improvements on product pages.
  • Propose usability enhancements and optimize the user experience to increase conversion.
  • Data analysis and customer base growth
  • Analyze the customer base to identify purchasing behavior patterns.
  • Map opportunities to increase average order value, purchase frequency and expand the customer base.
  • Develop initiatives to reactivate inactive customers and recover lost customers.
  • Integrations and operational efficiency
  • Drive continuous improvement of integrations between the e-commerce platform, ERP and other systems.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize internal processes for the digital channel.
  • Support the implementation of operational improvements that increase efficiency and reduce operational failures.
  • Performance monitoring
  • Monitor key performance indicators for the B2B channel.
  • Prepare reports and analyses of results to support decision-making.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in online B2B sales
  • Experience in e-commerce or digital channels
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms (strong plus for VTEX)
  • Experience with CRM, marketing automation and commercial data analysis
  • Analytical and results-oriented profile
  • Strong skills in communication, negotiation and process management.
