About the role

  • Campaign planning and management
  • Gather information about products and launches to prepare communication briefings.
  • Develop monthly and campaign briefings for agencies and partners.
  • Monitor campaign development with agencies.
  • Approve and adjust concepts, creative pieces, and campaign rollouts.
  • Responsible for approving campaign budgets.
  • Oversee campaign shoots.
  • Approve campaign photos and videos.
  • Content and social media management
  • Approve posts and content produced by agencies.
  • Monitor brands' content calendars and posting schedules.
  • Ensure consistency between communication, brand positioning, and strategy.
  • Interface with media and performance
  • Work closely with the media team to ensure delivery and alignment of key visuals (KVs) and campaign assets.
  • Support approvals of content used in paid media.
  • Monitor the digital media plan of campaigns across platforms:
  • Instagram (feed posts and dark posts)
  • TikTok
  • Meta Ads
  • Google
  • Process management and coordination
  • Coordinate with the internal team to receive products for content production.
  • Track internal and external timelines with agencies and partners.
  • Ensure organized workflows and timely delivery of deliverables.
  • Results and budget management
  • Support campaign budget control.
  • Prepare monthly reports for the area, consolidating results and learnings.
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen brand positioning in culture and digital relevance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Previous experience in communications, marketing, or branding
  • Experience managing campaigns and agency relationships
  • Experience with content management and social media
  • Organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Collaborative mindset and strong communication across teams
  • Experience with beauty, consumer, or lifestyle brands (advantage)
  • Experience managing digital campaigns (advantage)
  • Experience working in dynamic environments with multiple launches (advantage)
