About the role

  • Conduct market, competitor, trend and consumer behavior analyses to identify opportunities for new projects.
  • Participate in the new product development (NPD) process, from briefing to execution.
  • Assess the financial feasibility of new projects.
  • Support the update and management of the category portfolio (SKU level), product registration and effective dates in internal systems.
  • Assist in the development of marketing and sales materials (presentations, brochures, one-pagers, case studies, etc.).
  • Prepare presentations for strategic forums and meetings.
  • Create briefs for consumer-facing campaigns and category communication and activation materials.
  • Analyze category performance via BI, identifying growth opportunities.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of the training program, providing marketing direction for content.
  • Manage the marketing request workflow, ensuring deadlines and deliverables.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication or related fields.
  • Previous experience in product development and/or innovation marketing.
  • Knowledge of market analysis, competitor analysis and consumer behavior.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly PowerPoint and Excel).
  • Strong communication skills, analytical mindset, proactivity and a collaborative profile.
