About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Monitor, prevent, and perform root cause analysis of incidents in telecommunications environments
- Perform analysis and remediation related to calls, routing, queues, recordings, and telephony flows
- Configure and administer telephony environments, extensions, IVRs, dialers, and integrations
- Support configuration and maintenance of voice gateways, SBCs, and SIP PBXs
- Conduct technical analyses and propose improvements to optimize resources and enhance system stability
- Participate in the implementation and evolution of telecom projects
- Work with vendors and internal teams to resolve incidents and implement improvements
- Contribute to the automation and parameterization of processes and technical rules within the environment
- Execute and manage the team's operational tasks, ensuring organization, prioritization, and quality of deliverables.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Systems, Computer Science, Systems Analysis and Development (ADS), Computer Engineering, or related fields
- Experience with call center operations, dialers, and flow management (dialing, IVR, bots, and CRM)
- Configuration of voice gateways / Session Border Controllers (Khomp, TelcoBridges, or similar)
- SIP PBX (Alcatel/Asterisk)
- Predictive dialers (Aspect/Olos/Genesys)
- TCP/IP networking
- GNU/Linux — administration of services, users, processes, and system configurations
- Programming languages (PHP/Python/Bash)
- Knowledge of log analysis, routing, flows, and technical troubleshooting
- Database knowledge (MySQL/SQL Server)
- Experience with APIs and telecom integrations
- Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or Canva
- Certifications: Digium Certified Asterisk Professional (dCAP) and/or LPIC-1 or LPIC-2.
