About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead high-complexity projects involving multiple areas and critical integrations;
Define strategic scope, connecting business objectives, technology and governance;
Develop and manage robust work plans with a systemic view of risks, dependencies and organizational impacts;
Conduct stakeholder management at various levels, acting as a facilitator and negotiator;
Ensure project delivery with focus on schedule, quality, cost and strategic alignment;
Perform feasibility analyses and propose solutions for constraints and conflicts;
Drive the evolution of project management practices and governance;
Mentor junior and mid-level professionals, supporting the development of project management practices;
Prepare and deliver executive presentations and reports for leadership and the board.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Solid experience managing complex projects;
Mastery of methodologies and practices such as PMBOK/PMI, Scrum, Kanban, WBS, risk management and budgeting;
Experience defining roadmaps, OKRs/KPIs, RACI matrix and governance rituals;
Experience with requirements management (user stories, DoR/DoD), version control and Change Control;
Knowledge of systems architecture, APIs, CI/CD, Git, QA and testing;
Experience with tools such as Azure DevOps, MS Project, Power BI and the Microsoft Office suite;
Experience working with vendors, RFPs/RFQs, SLAs and contracting models;
Knowledge of LGPD (Brazilian Data Protection Law), Information Security and frameworks such as COBIT and ITIL;
Experience with business cases, ROI, EVM and cost control;
Executive communication skills, able to structure dashboards, narratives and presentations for leadership;
Technical English;
Self-driven profile with a sense of ownership and the ability to influence without authority;
Organizational skills, systemic vision and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
