About the role
- Contribute to defining monitoring criteria for prevention, handling and root-cause identification of incidents in telecommunications environments
- Monitor resource performance, identify issues and propose improvements
- Participate in the development of telecom projects and products
- Configure new environments and perform integrations with partner products
- Support internal teams, audits and vendors
- Supervise and mentor team members and support other areas that need information
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field (Information Security, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related area)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and present results
- Technical writing skills for producing advanced documentation and corporate policies
- Autonomy in making technical decisions and leading projects
- Analytical profile with mentoring ability, strategic collaboration and business acumen
- Focus on continuous improvement and innovation
- Hard skills:
- Configuration of voice gateways / Session Border Controllers (Khomp / TelcoBridges)
- SIP PBX
- Predictive dialers
- TCP/IP networks
- GNU/Linux – administration of services, users, processes and configurations
- Programming knowledge (PHP / Python / Bash)
- Database knowledge (MySQL / SQL Server)
